Managing a team means mentorship. It means nurture, structure, guidance and plenty of room for expression. While my team is here to execute the brand’s vision, I am here to help them hone their own. I have been fortunate enough to create teams of extraordinarily talented people who teach me as much as I teach them (probably more).
